1. General Information
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on gastrofloril.net and describes how you can return products and request a refund. The Website is operated by Vesuvius Pharma SRL ("we", "our", "us").
Gastrofloril is a food supplement in capsule form designed to support the balance of the intestinal flora and help maintain digestive comfort. As a dietary supplement, Gastrofloril is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary and are influenced by lifestyle, diet and other factors.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Condition of products
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that meet all of the following conditions:
- the product is unused and the seal is completely intact;
- the original packaging is unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition;
- all labels and information leaflets are present.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, unsealed, damaged due to improper handling or stored in unsuitable conditions (for example, excessive heat, moisture, direct sunlight).
2.2 Time limits
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within a specific period, depending on your country’s laws. In addition, our standard commercial policy allows you to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided that the conditions in Section 2.1 are met, unless mandatory local law grants you a longer period.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- products with opened, broken or missing safety seals;
- products that have been partially used;
- products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence or improper storage by the customer;
- products returned after the return period has expired, unless required by local law;
- promotional items received for free, unless legally required.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our confirmation and instructions. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to assess the condition before authorizing the return.
- Once your return is approved, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
- Ship the parcel to the address we provide. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your request.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take care to prepare and pack your order properly. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and provide:
- your order number;
- a clear description of the issue;
- photos of the outer packaging, product label and any visible damage.
After verifying the situation, we will offer, as appropriate and in accordance with local law:
- a replacement of the product at no extra cost to you; or
- a full or partial refund; or
- another suitable solution agreed with you.
6. Refunds
6.1 Method and timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree on another method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are generally issued within 7–14 business days after we confirm approval.
6.2 Amount refunded
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
- If the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will refund the product price and reasonable shipping costs, or offer replacement at no extra cost.
- If the return is not due to our error (for example, you changed your mind), we will refund only the price of the returned product. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are normally not refundable.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to return the product in accordance with this policy once it is delivered.
